The Switch Pressure Sensitive 20 Pounds per Square Inch No MPOS is a pressure sensitive switch that monitors the activation of gas supply/flow. This pressure sensitive switch is used in the anesthesia machines air pressure control system. The device is connected to the main board of anesthesia device. The pressure switch is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT), normally open type. The switch pressure sense, normally open set point is active on pressure rise and deactivate on pressure drop. The switch is made up of high quality material and it is a compactable design, thus makes it suitable for many medical applications. The active pressure rise is at 137.9kpa ± 13.8 kpa and gets deactivated on drop of 55.2 kpa. The burst pressure limit is up to 310 kpa. This helps to maintain consistent pressure flow in a machine and ensures protection from higher pressures.
